- a filled out application form
- one passport size photo
- Valid Canadian visa or other document which proofs legal status in Canada.
- Business: Letter from employer stating the purpose of your trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina;Letter of Invitation from a domestic or foreign legal person (registered in BiH) from Bosnia and Herzegovina, certified by competent bodies (Organizational Unit of the Ministry of Security of BiH, i.e. local office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Chamber of Commerce and Industry). The invitation should contain details of the invitee, including the passport number as well as a declaration that the inviter is going to provide accommodation and board, and cover all medical expenses, as well as all other potential expenses that may arise during invitee?s stay in BiH.
- Tourism: Travel itinerary with details of accommodation and board and a copy of a return flight ticket; Copy of a bank statement - proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses during your stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
